This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join Signature Senior Lifestyle in a roving capacity, providing leadership and support across our portfolio of luxury care homes. Responsibilities

  • Step in to support homes during leadership transitions, annual leave, or recruitment periods.
  • Work alongside home teams to embed best practice in clinical delivery, compliance, and governance.
  • Support the roll‑out of new clinical initiatives and quality improvement programmes.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to clinical teams across different locations.

You will bring the same skills and values as our permanent CSMs – current NMC registration, proven leadership experience, and a passion for person‑centred care – but with the flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings.

Qualifications

  • Current NMC registration (essential).
  • Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, motivating leadership style.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings.
