As a Clinical Services Manager at our luxury new care and nursing home in Surbiton, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional person-centred care for our residents, supporting them to live safe, fulfilled lives. You will lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
- Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
