Responsibilities:
- Work 5 days out of 7 each week with flexibility to work weekends.
- Showcase and sell the Signature lifestyle to a diverse audience, attracting residents to keep our homes at capacity.
- Build rapport with people who are new to us, potential residents, and key care influencers.
- Meet and exceed targets; use your creative flair to produce marketing assets from brochures to stickers to promote individual homes and the Signature brand.
- Prepare and coordinate our presence at sales events and exhibitions.

Qualifications:
- Gifted communicator and confident negotiator with a proven track record in B2C sales, ideally with high-end products or services.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Experience in the care sector is an advantage but not essential.
