We’re looking for a Nurse Care Manager to join our leadership team at our luxury care and nursing home in Weybridge. You’ll oversee residential and nursing care, manage and develop a team of Care Supervisors and Assistants, and ensure our residents receive the outstanding care they deserve.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll combine clinical expertise with strong leadership to support residents, empower your team, and ensure outstanding care in line with CQC standards. You’ll also play a vital role in the resident journey – from initial assessment and move-in to the ongoing review of individual care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting your care team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and performance management.
- Acting as an advocate for residents, ensuring their rights, dignity, and best interests are always upheld.
- Overseeing safe and effective medication management, audits, and GP liaison.
- Supporting clinical governance through audits, action plans, and regulatory compliance.
- Handling safeguarding, concerns, and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the home to create a warm, positive, and person-centred environment.
