Your role at Signature

As Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll bring a wealth of ideas to improve and maintain our residents’ wellbeing, from floristry to folk music. You’ll produce a packed daily schedule catering to residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, and organise key events such as our Summer Fete.

You’ll be considerate of diverse individual needs and aware of personal care requirements. Meaningful activities enhance our residents\’ quality of life, so understanding their preferences is essential. You’ll gather feedback from residents and provide activity reports to the General Manager.

This role is internally called Hospitality Assistant. If successful, this will be your job title. You will work across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, with responsibilities varying per shift depending on the department supported.

No experience is necessary to become a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant; just good communication skills, IT skills, and a full, clean driving license. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and a Level 2 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision in Social Care is a plus.
