Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Sous Chef to join our luxury care and nursing home kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring every meal is nutritious and restaurant quality while leading the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
With 5 years in a kitchen and an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food & Hygiene, you’ll help review and develop the menu and maintain high standards in a hospital kitchen environment.
