Your role at Signature:

  • Leading from the front, using your deep understanding of care provision to ensure that resident care is of the highest standard.
  • Supporting your team to do their best work and recruiting the best candidates to join our care team.
  • Overseeing all elements of residents’ care, including assessing new residents' needs, creating, monitoring and updating care plans, ensuring safe medication management, identifying additional nursing or dementia needs, and acting as an advocate for all residents.
  • Being aware of safeguarding, mental capacity and deprivation of liberties.
  • Providing effective induction for new team members, ongoing guidance, reviewing their progress, providing clear objectives, and identifying training needs.
  • Being a mentor and support in difficult or emergency situations.
