You’ll be part of a caring, supportive team with exciting career development opportunities and flexible full and part-time hours when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Care Assistant at our luxury care and nursing home in Ascot.
Your role at Signature:
- Signature at Ascot is holding weekly drop-in sessions on Tuesdays from 12pm to 5pm. You can pop in at any time to meet our friendly team, tour our beautiful home, and discuss available opportunities.
- Bringing your updated CV may allow you to have an interview on the day!
- Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting, and rewarding, from general care to specialist dementia care.
- You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility.
- You’ll help make their apartments feel like home and enjoy activities like bingo, shopping, and live music with them.
- Developing strong relationships with residents and their families is key.
- You’ll respect residents’ choices, dignity, and independence at all times.
- You will also contribute to developing residents' Care Plans, being aware of any specialist support needs.
