Salary

Salary: 45-75k depending on seniority and experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive tenders and manage project risks
• Coordinate estimating resources and support team development
• Build strong supply chain relationships and explore value engineering

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC in Building Studies (MCIOB/MRICS desirable)
• 3–5 years’ experience in estimating or surveying
• Strong commercial and construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
