Do you have experience with UK student visa rules and enjoy working in a fast-paced support role? Confident reviewing documents and communicating with international applicants? We’re seeking a detail-focused and proactive individual to join a university’s immigration advisory team. In this role, you'll help manage visa sponsorship processes and support international students throughout their application journey.
This is a temporary hybrid role, with 1-2 days a week on site in London. On-campus time may increase during peak enrolment periods, such as August and September.
You’ll assess student visa requests, review supporting documents, assign Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), and ensure compliance with Home Office guidance. You'll also contribute to enrolment checks and help improve internal processes that support applicants and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Review CAS requests and supporting documents in line with UKVI and institutional policy
- Assign CAS to eligible students using internal systems
- Communicate with applicants via email and in-person to resolve queries
- Support visa checks during student enrolment
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Assist in process improvement to streamline compliance and support
- Knowledge of the UK Student visa immigration route
- High attention to detail and understanding of immigration rules
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with student records or CRM systems (desirable but not essential)
