This is a full-time, office-based temporary role with an immediate start, offering a 3-week placement at £18.52 per hour plus holiday pay.
You'll join a busy audit team to support an important data improvement project by cleansing the audit system, removing outdated records and ensuring information is accurate, up to date and assigned to the correct owners. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who enjoys structured, process-driven work and wants to make an immediate impact. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help improve the quality and reliability of audit data by reviewing historical records, updating information and ensuring actions are assigned to the correct owners. Your attention to detail will play an important role in reducing reporting risks and supporting future audits.
Data Audit Administrator - Key Responsibilities:- Reallocate audit actions to the correct owners
- Export and analyse audit data using Excel
- Match historical actions with current owners and update records accordingly
- Review audit actions over 12 months old and identify records for improvement or removal
- Create Excel trackers to support the reallocation of non-conformities
- Carry out manual data cleansing, including deleting outdated records and updating information
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable completing repetitive, process-driven administrative tasks
