Signature Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Programme Officer to support a London higher education institution during a busy and important period.
This is a temporary role offered initially for two months, with strong potential to extend. The role is based in London with hybrid working. Onsite attendance is required on Tuesday and Thursday whilst extra onsite days will be needed during busy delivery and event periods. The hourly rate is £21.22 per hour, plus holiday pay. The role supports programmes launching and moving into their second delivery cycles from early 2026. This is a crucial phase, with activity increasing across teaching, assessment, and student support. The role suits someone confident stepping in quickly and making a positive impact.

Senior Programme Officer – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to programme and assessment enquiries
- Process assessments and manage mitigating circumstance forms accurately
- Update modules and content using KEATS and related learning platforms
- Provide clear, professional support to students and stakeholders
- Support exam boards and academic decision-making processes
- Maintain accurate data entry across student record systems
- Support committee meetings, including preparation and minute-taking
