The purpose of the role is to identify excellent applicants and to generate, maintain and grow a pool of Signature candidates.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for candidates and ensuring a smooth process, with excellent customer service, for shortlisting, interview schedules and new starters. In addition, you will happily help with other ad hoc administrative duties in order to assist with the smooth running of the office.
Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Managing recruitment processes for temporary and permanent roles. To include, screening CV’s, telephone interviewing and face to face via Teams

Discussing accurate detailed job requirements with candidates matching their skillset and requirements to the correct roles with our clients

Working with team members to ensure agreed objectives

Agreeing and delivering on timescales for candidate short-lists

Organising and preparing candidates for the interview processes with clients
