On behalf of a high-profile department at a London university, Signature Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team in a busy, fast-paced academic environment.

The role offers hybrid working (2-3 days on campus once established), a competitive rate and a 35-hour working week. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Organise travel, meetings, room bookings, catering, and agendas
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Prepare meeting papers, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and care
  • Liaise across teams to support planning and smooth operations
