Day to Day Duties
– Manage office supplies, equipment, and services, including liaising with suppliers and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
– Oversee general office management, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment.
– Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, keeping everything running smoothly.
– Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
– Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person.
– Assist with the preparation and proof-reading of documents, reports, and presentations.
– Ensure all office health and safety protocols are followed.
– Support with any other ad-hoc duties to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
– Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Proven experience in an office management or administrative support role
– Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently with all levels of the business and external stakeholders.
– High attention to detail and ability to deliver tasks to a high standard.
