Signature Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Team Assistant on behalf of a well-regarded London-based organisation. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering variety, stability, and the chance to support a senior leadership team within a collaborative professional setting. The role is based in London with hybrid working, attending the office three days per week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary ranges from £34,000–£36,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team, helping to coordinate priorities and ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly. You will work alongside colleagues across the wider support function and play an important role in maintaining organisation and consistency. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a calm, professional manner. You will manage scheduling, support meetings and events, and act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Discretion and sound judgement are important, as you will handle confidential information as part of your role.
