Are you a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail? Do you enjoy working with data and ensuring records are accurate and up to date? Signature Recruitment is currently recruiting for three Student Records Administrators to support a respected London higher education institution. This is a temporary role running for approximately four weeks, offering £19.09 per hour plus holiday pay and 35 hours per week (9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday). The position follows a hybrid working pattern, with most work completed remotely and approximately one day per week based on campus in London.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with higher education administration experience who are confident working with student systems and managing large volumes of data accurately. You will play an important role in ensuring student records are correctly maintained and compliant, helping the institution manage documentation and key information effectively. Working as part of a collaborative administrative team, you will support a focused project reviewing and updating student information, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update student records within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Update key student information including contact details and identification records
- Review documentation relating to Right to Study requirements and confirm records are current
- Identify missing or outdated documentation and flag any gaps in student records
- Contact students by phone or email to request updated information or clarification where needed
- Support data checking processes to ensure all required information is correctly recorded
- Experience working in administration within a higher education environment
