Signature Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a public sector organisation in London to recruit a Senior Performance and Programme Manager on an interim basis. This 6-month temporary role offers £37–£41 per hour plus holiday pay. The hybrid pattern involves three days onsite in London and two from home. Following the launch of a new organisational strategy, this role plays a vital part in its success. The focus is on ensuring performance frameworks are effective, aligned, and delivering meaningful insight organisation-wide. The environment is collaborative, with strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and strategic oversight. Working closely with senior leadership, the role helps shape how performance is understood and measured. There is also a clear opportunity to develop a high-performing function over time.

Leading and supporting a small team is central to the position. This brings much-needed stability and direction during a period of meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
