Signature Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a London-based higher education institution to recruit a Senior Administrator – Student Events on a temporary basis.
This is a 12-week temporary role starting immediately, offering £20.03 per hour plus holiday pay. Based in London, this is a fully campus-based role with standard hours of 9am–5pm, alongside flexibility during peak graduation periods where extended hours will be required. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of summer graduation ceremonies, including both on-campus and off-site events. You will be joining a collaborative Student Services team during one of their busiest periods. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact events, supporting both students and internal stakeholders while ensuring a smooth and professional graduation experience. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working as part of a team to deliver key milestones.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage student and stakeholder queries via Outlook, ensuring timely responses
- Maintain and update student data using systems such as SITS and Excel
- Prepare and proofread graduation communications and materials
- Support delivery of on-campus and off-site graduation events
- Provide on-the-day operational support during ceremony periods
- Assist with wider Student Services activities, including front-facing support
- Experience working within higher education administration
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
- Excellent organisational skills with a flexible and proactive approach
