Signature Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Research Project Administrator role within a well-regarded London higher education institution.

This is a temporary, part time role based in London, working two days per week (9am–5pm) on a hybrid basis. This is an immediate start position, running for approximately 6 weeks, offering a competitive hourly rate of £22.41 plus holiday pay.

To be considered, you must have experience coordinating and setting up research projects, along with confidence working with research partners. You will also need to be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including international collaborators.

In this role you will be joining a collaborative and purpose-driven academic environment, working closely with a lead researcher and key project stakeholders. This role offers exposure to global collaboration and the opportunity to shape foundational project processes from the outset. As such you will take ownership of documentation and coordination across the project lifecycle, ensuring all materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with governance standards. You will help establish clear communication channels and support knowledge-sharing activities, while balancing flexibility with strong organisation across multiple priorities.
