This is a 3 month temporary, full-time role with an immediate start, with the potential to be extended.
The role is fully office based, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, paying £17.20 per hour plus holiday pay. As a Student Hub Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, providing friendly and professional support in person, over the phone, by email and via live chat. Whether you’re answering questions, resolving enquiries or helping students access the right services, you’ll play an important role in making sure every interaction is positive and efficient.
You’ll be joining a welcoming and collaborative team that supports students throughout their academic journey. No two days are the same, as you’ll handle a wide variety of enquiries, maintain accurate student records, and work closely with colleagues across the university to deliver an outstanding student experience.
