As an Operations Support Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of faculty operations and ensure services run efficiently. You will manage three direct reports and maintain consistent, high-quality support. You will also work closely with senior leaders to coordinate planning and key initiatives. This is a hands-on and varied role that suits someone proactive, approachable and calm under pressure. This is a full-time temporary role offered initially with potential to extend. The position pays £25 per hour plus holiday pay and operates on a hybrid basis. You will work three days in the office and two days from home on a rota.

The successful candidate will bring experience from higher education or another structured environment. You will be confident managing competing priorities and building strong relationships. A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 would be advantageous but is not essential. You will join a collaborative London institution with strong community values. Key Responsibilities:
