Are you fluent in French and English, highly organised, and confident supporting senior leaders? Skilled at balancing diary management, coordination, and fast-moving priorities? Signature Recruitment are looking for a proactive, Bilingual Executive Assistant (French/English) to support the Head of Operations in a fast-paced, international team. This is a 7-month, full-time contract, offering 40 hours per week and £35,000-£40,000 per annum (pro rata). The role is fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel if required.

In this role you will manage day-to-day scheduling, communications, and coordination, supporting operations and stakeholder engagement in both English and French. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as the organisation transitions into a new phase of moving from a government-aligned structure to an independent, not-for-profit model. There's a lot to build, and your work will help lay the operational foundations for future growth. Think proactive coordinator, not reactive assistant—you’ll shape efficient systems, streamline processes, and document everything to support a smooth handover to permanent staff. This is a varied, high-visibility role and is ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen and wants to grow professionally. You’ll gain experience in executive support, operations, and international coordination.

Bilingual Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support, including diary and inbox management
