Do you have laboratory experience with a well-developed working knowledge of technical and scientific practices and procedures? Do you have experience with building and maintaining a biobank for human bio samples? Are you organised, work diligently with excellent attention to detail? If so, Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Technician Assistant at a prestigious London university. This is a temporary, part-time position based on campus starting soon and running through to mid-February 2025, with the possibility to extend. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday mornings – approximately 20 hours per week. In this role as a Laboratory Technician Assistant, you will be working as part of an exciting project furthering trials into dementia research. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the sampling process working with human saliva, urine, blood and faeces. Due to the nature of this work, it is imperative that you have had the three course Hepatitis B vaccine.
