Signature Recruitment are working with a leading law firm based in Bath in the hunt for a HR Advisor to come in and support on HR projects on a temporary basis. Joining a team of 9 HR professionals working collaboratively to support the HR Team and wider business, providing essential support to Sectors and Teams in the Firm as well as across the wider generalist HR team. The varied nature of this role means that as well as providing key research for projects you’ll be responsible for administration, project implementation and updating stakeholders.
Competitive salary. Hybrid working, 2 days in office (other arrangement considered).
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organisation.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across all business areas especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, completion and termination of contracts and bring them in line with company values and fairness principles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Head of HR and the Regional HR Managers.
- Experience in human resources.
