About the Role
We are seeking a talented Frameworks Bid Manager to join a growing work-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing work on major national and regional frameworks that underpin the company’s continued growth.
In this role, you will lead the creation of compelling, compliant and scoring-optimised written submissions for framework-level bids. You will shape and produce high-quality responses for PQQs, SQs, ITTs while being a key member of the collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce clear, persuasive and fully compliant written responses for framework submissions across national and regional opportunities.
- Translate technical, project and operational information into engaging, high-impact narrative that meets the evaluation criteria and maximises scoring potential.
- Create well-structured, tailored bid libraries and frameworks content to support future tender efficiency.
About You

- Proven experience writing framework-level bids within construction, built environment or related sectors.
