Signature Recruitment is recruiting for a Course Administrator to join a London-based higher education institution during a key delivery period. This is a 6-month temporary role offering £23.52 per hour, with hybrid working in London and an immediate start available. You will typically work a blend of office and home-based days, with increased on-site presence during peak academic periods. This is a 35-hour week, usually 9:00am–5:00pm, and holiday pay is included.

You will join a collaborative programmes team within a well-regarded London institution delivering global academic programmes. This is a standalone role where you will take ownership of building and preparing course content within the virtual learning environment, ensuring everything is accurate, functional, and ready for student use ahead of key deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing full course builds, working directly with academics, and developing your expertise across leading platforms such as Moodle and Canvas.
