Signature Recruitment is seeking an exceptionally organised Coordinator on behalf of our client, a friendly construction company based in Portishead. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating transport, managing client relationships, and ensuring operations run smoothly within this dynamic environmental company.

This is a full-time, permanent position based entirely at our client's office, offering a salary of £25,000 to £26,000 per annum plus attractive benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am- 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and transport services for clients
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries and provide timely assistance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and service providers
  • Enter operational data into internal systems with accuracy
  • Manage documentation, including scanning, organizing, and filing records
  • Verify and review invoices for accuracy
  • Prepare routine reports and summaries
Required Skills & Experience
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience building effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, staff, and partners
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new systems
