Client Growth Manager

Location: Remote (UK-based with bi-monthly in-person meet-ups)

We are seeking an exceptional Client Growth Manager to join our client. In this role, you will take on a critical responsibility: building strong relationships with both new and existing enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success. You will help us grow our client base in the UK while shaping the future of our product and sales strategy.

As a Client Growth Manager, you\’ll:

  • Grow business with B2B clients by building partnerships and closing deals Articulate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders across organizations
  • Handle objections confidently, addressing concerns with compelling evidence and expertise Demonstrate excellence in relationship building and deal closure, with proven experience in successfully onboarding enterprise clients
  • Quickly learn complex topics and apply knowledge to enhance client conversations
  • Help create scalable processes by working closely with founders to develop a robust sales function Bring energy and determination to build new business while maintaining lasting client relationships and building exceptional rapport
  • Care deeply about client success, ensuring long-term partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Use a structured sales process, ensuring leads are qualified, categorized, and expectations are managed

About you:

  • You have understanding of professional development and its impact in workplace environments, with genuine passion for how it transforms careers and organizations
  • You have proven experience inclosingB2Bdeals and successfully onboarding enterprise clients, with a track record of building lasting business relationships
  • You\’re skilled at objection handling, able to address concerns with confidence and compelling arguments
  • You love working with people, listening to their needs, and finding ways to support them – you are also a natural closer who builds exceptional rapport
  • You\’re comfortable interacting with people from all levels, from C-suite executives to junior colleagues
  • You\’re a team player, bringing positive energy to everything you do You thrive in a start-up environment, embracing its pace, energy, and creativity
  • You\’re excited about growing with a scaling business and taking on increasing responsibility
  • You\’re tech-savvy, using tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Intercom to streamline your work You\’re an excellent communicator – clear, approachable, and structured, with top-notch listening skills You\’re highly organized, able to manage multiple client relationships and complex sales cycles with efficiency and clarity
