We are working with a leading company in the Build/Infrastructure sector to find an experienced Proposals Designer. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Marketing Expert / Designer / Graphic Designer / Work Winning professional to take ownership of the proposal development process and play a crucial role in winning new business. The successful Proposal Manager will manage tender submissions from initial request through to final submission, ensuring all bids are relevant, complete and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage proposal development process ensuring timely, high-quality submissions
- Using Adobe InDesign, create visually compelling submissions
- Build excellent working relationships across departments to ensure effective collaboration
- Write, edit and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy and persuasiveness, using your creativity to stand out
- Develop and maintain proposal templates within brand guidelines and company values
- Maintain an up to date library of case studies and key information documents
- Manage tender schedules and deadlines, ensuring all milestones are consistently met
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying updated on industry trends
- A track record within Bids, Tenders and/or Proposals
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech savvy including use of AI
Location & Working Hours
This Proposals Designer position is based in Wiltshire with parking available on site. Full time hours, Monday to Friday.
