Head of Commercial Finance in Bristol

qualified, experienced finance leader

What you\’ll do as Head of Commercial Finance & Operations:

• Own Finance Operations end-to-end (AP, AR, payroll, treasury).
• Manage banking/funding relationships and cash flow.
• Oversee compliance, legal and operational efficiency and risk.
• Empower a small team and implement scalable processes.
• Work with the CEO to deliver growth plans (including legal structures, compliance etc)
• Weekly and monthly reporting cycles

What we\’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Experience leading Finance and Operations in a multinational business or within a fast-growing company.
• Proven experience scaling finance operations while maintaining compliance and controls
• Strong understanding of payroll, credit control and margin management
• Exceptional organisation, commercial awareness and accountability
• The ability to lead and empower a team, encourage growth and development in Junior members.

The Package:

• £60-75k
• Hybrid working (after probation).
