Signature Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a London-based higher education provider to recruit an Assessments Officer on a permanent basis. This full-time, office-based role is based in London across two campuses, offering a salary of Β£32,000 β Β£35,000.
You will join a busy Registry team, playing a key role in delivering assessment and progression processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality student experience. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where attention to detail and communication are highly valued. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver accurate and timely assessment and progression administration
- Support assessment and internal boards, including scheduling and documentation
- Record and manage mitigating circumstances in line with regulations
- Liaise with academic staff to support assessment processes
- Identify and resolve complex assessment-related queries
- Contribute to improvements in processes and service delivery
- Experience working within higher education, ideally in assessments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
