Signature Recruitment is recruiting an Admissions and Assessments Administrator for a leading London university. This is a three-month, full-time temporary role, paying £22.20 per hour plus holiday pay. You’ll work five days a week on campus, with some hybrid flexibility outside of term time.
As Admissions and Assessments Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the student support team, providing vital administrative support across admissions and assessment processes. This role offers the opportunity to build on your higher education experience while working with academic staff, applicants, and students.
Admissions and Assessments Administrator – Key Responsibilities:- Handle admissions queries, book interviews, and send communications to applicants.
- Coordinate interview days and maintain accurate admissions records.
- Format and prepare assessment and exam papers, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met.
- Support assessment administration, including scheduling, distributing scripts, and collating marks.
- Provide clear, timely responses to staff and student queries via helpdesk, email, and in person.
- Deliver general administrative support across the student lifecycle and departmental operations.
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in higher education.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Skilled in time management, multitasking, and prioritising multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills; comfortable learning new systems.
