Paying £18.03 per hour, this is a four-month temporary assignment working full-time, five days per week and fully onsite. The role combines reception, student enquiries, data administration and finance-related tasks, with an immediate start preferred.
Student Wellbeing Administrator - The Role:
You will be a welcoming first point of contact for students, staff and visitors while providing detailed administrative support to the wider wellbeing service. Although the role sits within student wellbeing, you will not be expected to provide counselling or specialist wellbeing advice. Instead, you will listen, remain composed, maintain appropriate boundaries and signpost or escalate students to the correct support when necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing reception and front-of-house support and welcoming students and visitors.
- Managing shared inboxes, responding to enquiries and signposting or escalating queries appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and student information through data entry and administrative updates.
- Supporting finance administration, including accurate coding and data input.
- Coordinating referrals and providing wider administrative support to the student wellbeing team.
- Managing interruptions and competing priorities while keeping day-to-day administration organised.
