Would you like a four-week role where you can use your administration skills to support students, lecturers and the smooth delivery of an undergraduate programme? Signature Recruitment is seeking an Undergraduate Programme Administrator to join a Central London organisation.

Paying Β£17.02 per hour plus holiday pay, this is a four-week temporary assignment working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Undergraduate Programme Administrator - The Role:

Working closely with the programme team, you will provide structured administrative support to students, academics and visiting lecturers. The role covers timetabling, assessments, records, communications and day-to-day programme coordination.

You will need to absorb information quickly, spot what needs to happen next and work accurately across several different activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing teaching schedules, classrooms, meetings and online programme systems.
  • Communicating with students and visiting lecturers about teaching arrangements and programme activity.
  • Maintaining lecturer timesheets, programme records and accurate spreadsheet data.
  • Supporting assessment administration, including plagiarism checks and related records.
  • Coordinating trips and events, monitoring attendance and making timetable adjustments where required.
  • Processing and checking weekly payments while ensuring information is complete and accurate.

Undergraduate Programme Administrator - Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, spreadsheets and data.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Confidence learning new information, processes and systems quickly.
  • Experience using Canvas VLE would be a strong advantage.
  • Higher Education experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

The working environment is open plan, so you will also need to be comfortable concentrating and managing detailed work in a shared office setting.
