Temporary Student Support Officer - The Role
You will provide day-to-day guidance and administrative support to students throughout their studies, acting as an accessible point of contact and helping them reach the appropriate university services.
Your responsibilities will include
- Responding to student enquiries and providing clear day-to-day guidance.
- Signposting students to appropriate university and specialist services.
- Supporting student records and general academic administration.
- Assisting with enrolment and assessment-related administration.
- Supporting attendance and engagement processes where required.
- Liaising with academic and professional services teams to help resolve queries.
