Signature Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Student Experience Officer for a Central London higher education institution.
This role pays £18.03 per hour plus holiday pay and is offered as a two-month temporary assignment. You will work five days per week, fully onsite in Central London.
Temporary Student Experience Officer - The Role
You will support a varied programme of student engagement activity, helping improve communication, encourage participation and create opportunities for students to connect with their academic community.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting student engagement and communication initiatives.
- Planning and coordinating social events, guest lectures, welcome activities and student celebrations.
- Supporting student feedback and curriculum-development activity.
- Creating communications across email, digital, social media and event channels.
- Building relationships with students and encouraging participation in activities.
- Contributing to wider student partnership and community-building projects.
Temporary Student Experience Officer - What's on Offer

Temporary Student Experience Officer - Who We're Looking For
- Previous Higher Education experience is essential.
- Experience planning and delivering medium to large-scale events.
- Experience developing communications using marketing, media, PR or social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation.
- Experience engaging people individually and in groups, preferably students.
