Heads & Tales is one of the West End’s most distinctive cocktail bars. We're creative, forward‑thinking, and we take our drinks seriously — without ever forgetting to have fun. Now we're growing, and we're looking for Front of House staff who get that balance. Delivering genuinely memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced, late‑night bar environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least one year of Front of House experience, ideally in a cocktail bar or drinks‑focused venue.
  • A genuine curiosity about cocktails, gin, whisky and spirits — don’t worry if you don’t know it all yet, a genuine eagerness to learn is what counts.
  • Late‑night availability is essential, as we're open until 1am during the week and 3am at weekends.

Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of our operations. We constantly strive to enhance our guests' experiences and encourage our team to explore creative ideas to exceed expectations. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and we expect our staff to share this dedication.

What We Offer:

  • £13.22 per hour + TRONC
  • Full time (35 hrs/week) and part time (15–20 hrs/week) positions available
  • 100% TRONC — every penny of tips goes directly to our teams
  • Access to up to 50% of your wages before payday
  • Complimentary meals on shift
  • Regular training sessions with local and global brand ambassadors
  • Staff discounts and benefits across all Signature venues (25% – 50% discount on food and drink, an extra day holiday for your birthday)
  • Weekly and monthly team incentives
  • Real progression opportunities — we promote from within

Heads & Tales is growing — and 2026 is shaping up to be our most exciting year yet. We're building a team that wants to grow with us, not just fill a shift. Whether you're full-time or part-time, a background in cocktails, gin, whisky or beer is a bonus, but it's never been the whole picture. What we're really looking for is someone who shows up, cares about the work, and genuinely wants to be great at what they do. Full training is provided — the rest is up to you.
