Are you a midnight warrior? Happy to extend our warm hospitality overnight for all of our residents and arrivals while keeping the building secure and safe - then this is the place for you! We are currently looking for a Part‑Time Night Receptionist to bring into our award winning team. Shift pattern is 10PM‑8AM, 2-3 days a week plus a wee flexibility for holiday cover wouldn't hurt.

Night Porter Duties- Guest Assistance – Providing a warm welcome, handling late check‑ins and early departures, and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.
- Security & Safety – Conducting regular patrols of the hotel to ensure guest safety and the security of the premises.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance – Ensuring public areas are clean and tidy, addressing minor maintenance issues, and reporting larger concerns to management.
- Reception & Administration – Managing reservations, handling payments, answering calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Food & Beverage Service – Preparing and serving light refreshments or room service orders as required.
- Customer Service – Friendly and professional approach with strong communication skills.
- Problem‑Solving – Ability to handle guest concerns efficiently and calmly.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring hotel standards are maintained throughout the night.
- Reliability & Initiative – Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Basic IT & Admin Skills – Comfortable using booking systems and processing transactions.
