Night Porter Duties
- Guest Assistance – Providing a warm welcome, handling late check‑ins and early departures, and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.
- Security & Safety – Conducting regular patrols of the hotel to ensure guest safety and the security of the premises.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance – Ensuring public areas are clean and tidy, addressing minor maintenance issues, and reporting larger concerns to management.
- Reception & Administration – Managing reservations, handling payments, answering calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Food & Beverage Service – Preparing and serving light refreshments or room service orders as required.
Required Skills
- Customer Service – Friendly and professional approach with strong communication skills.
- Problem‑Solving – Ability to handle guest concerns efficiently and calmly.
