  • Customer Service – Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit.
  • Bar Operations – Prepare and serve drinks, manage the bar area efficiently, and ensure all drink orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
  • Floor Management – Assist in overseeing the floor, ensuring tables are clean, orders are taken promptly, and customers are satisfied with their service.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the bar and floor areas are clean and safe for both staff and customers.
  • Cash Handling & Transactions – Process customer payments accurately, manage cash registers, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
