Deputy General Manager Duties

  • Operational Management – Assist the General Manager in overseeing day‐to‐day operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently while meeting company goals and standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Support in managing and motivating staff, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a productive and positive team environment.
  • Financial Oversight – Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance to ensure the business meets its revenue targets and stays within budget.
  • Customer Relations & Service Excellence – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements where needed.
  • Compliance & Standards – Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.
