Relief Chef Duties

  • Food Preparation & Cooking – Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the specific needs of each site, ensuring consistency and adhering to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
  • Adapt to Different Kitchen Environments – Quickly adapt to various kitchen setups, equipment, and team dynamics, ensuring smooth operations at each site with minimal supervision.
  • Staff Support & Training – Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff at different sites, assisting with training when needed and ensuring that the team works efficiently during busy periods.
  • Menu Execution & Special Requests – Follow each site’s menu and recipes, accommodating special dietary requirements and customer preferences, ensuring all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene Compliance – Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at each site, adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring that all food preparation areas are sanitised properly.
