Kyloe is Edinburgh's gourmet steak restaurant, sitting at the heart of The Rutland Hotel on the west end of Princes Street. We collaborate with some of Scotland's finest farms and butchers to deliver exceptional, sustainably sourced food — and we back that with a level of service to match. The Role: Kyloe has a distinct identity. Culinary theatre is part of what we do, and you'll be front and centre for it — presenting our signature Steak Board and Knife Roll tableside, guiding guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge, and creating the kind of experience people actually talk about afterwards. You'll be consistently challenged to craft memorable moments and encouraged to bring your own personality to the floor. That energy has to start somewhere, and it starts with the team.
