Overview
The Spiritualist Glasgow are hiring Floor Staff on £12.21ph PLUS Tronc.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Take customer orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and relay any special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks, while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, monitor table availability, and maintain a smooth flow of guests to optimise seating and minimise wait times.
