The Saint are hiring a Floor Supervisor on Β£12.75ph PLUS Tronc
Supervisor Duties
Oversee Shift Operations β Manage the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring that all aspects of the service, from guest arrivals to food and drink orders, are carried out efficiently and smoothly.
Team Supervision & Coordination β Lead and motivate the team during your shift, ensuring staff are in the right areas, tasks are delegated properly, and everyone is working efficiently to meet service standards.
Ensure Quality of Service β Monitor the quality of service throughout the shift, ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service. Address any customer issues or complaints immediately and effectively.
Monitor Stock Levels & Ordering β Oversee stock usage during the shift, ensuring that the bar and kitchen are well-stocked. Manage stock levels and communicate with management for timely ordering to avoid running out during service.
Health & Safety & Compliance β Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed during the shift, including maintaining hygiene standards, managing safe food handling, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

Shift Leadership & Team Management β Strong ability to lead the team during busy shifts, keeping the team focused and ensuring efficient service while maintaining high morale and productivity.
