We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Deputy General Manager to join our management team and help lead our busy operation.

About the Role

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement, and excellent operational standards. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar management role within a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing service standards, staffing, and operational performance.
  • Desirable:
  • WSET Level 2 Award in Wines (or currently working towards it) – advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and premium drinks service.
