Deputy General Manager Duties
- Operational Management – Assist the General Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently while meeting company goals and standards.
- Team Leadership & Development – Support in managing and motivating staff, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a productive and positive team environment.
- Financial Oversight – Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance to ensure the business meets its revenue targets and stays within budget.
- Customer Relations & Service Excellence – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements where needed.
