Bartender Duties
· Prepare and serve beverages – Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers while ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
· Provide excellent customer service – Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and making recommendations based on preferences.
· Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels – Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with ingredients, glassware, and supplies.
· Follow licensing and safety regulations – Ensure responsible alcohol service, check IDs where required, and comply with health and safety standards.
· Handle transactions and cash management – Process payments efficiently, operate the till system, and manage tabs or receipts accurately.
Required Skills
Mixology and drink preparation – Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, with the ability to craft high-quality drinks.
Customer service and communication – Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
