We're looking for an Assistant Manager who shares that ambition and wants to play a key role in the future of Badger & Co.
The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead the restaurant, inspire the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
You'll be instrumental in developing our people, maintaining high standards and driving the restaurant forward.

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant.
- Lead service from the floor, ensuring every guest receives warm, genuine and knowledgeable hospitality.
- Coach, mentor and develop the team, building confidence, product knowledge and service standards.
- Champion our storytelling style of service, guiding guests through the menu and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Assist with recruitment, training, inductions and performance development.
- Help drive labour control, stock management and daily operational standards.
- Support the planning and delivery of seasonal food and drinks launches.
- Resolve guest feedback professionally and confidently.
- Ensure licensing, health and safety, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

- Has previous management or supervisory experience within a quality restaurant.
